We have a very special guest giving us her time this week. Jessica Hardy Meichtry is an Olympic Gold medalist swimmer and has spent the last decade in the business world. We are looking forward to hosting such an accomplished person and hope this is great opportunity for you to ask questions and get to chat to an accomplished athlete.

Jessica Hardy Meichtry is an Olympic gold and bronze medalist (2012), 12-time world record holder, and 3x USA Team Captain. In over eleven years on the U.S. National Team, she won over 28 major international medals. Her last competitive race was in 2016, and the lessons of resilience, discipline, and performance mindset continue to shape everything she does.
Today, she brings that same passion into coaching, speaking, and philanthropy. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Executive Coaching & Consulting, empowering both individuals and organizations with tools to strengthen resilience, develop leadership, and unlock sustainable growth.
