SMU Cloud Quest is a new university-wide cloud computing competition, created in partnership with Amazon Web Services and the Lyle School of Engineering.

Designed for beginners and advanced students alike, Cloud Quest transforms cloud learning into an interactive, challenge-driven experience where participants earn points through hands-on AWS quests.

This week-long event will provide students with not only hands-on learning activities but also opportunities to network at career fairs, special access to speaker series, and more.

Registration deadline is February 8, 2026.
