Building Your First AI Agent

In our “Building Your First AI Agent” workshop, you’ll get a practical, low-code and hands-on introduction to what AI agents are, how they differ from chatbots and simple automation, and where they can create real value in modern organizations.

Together we’ll design an agent around a realistic workflow, clarify the key building blocks (goal, tools, data, guardrails, and evaluation), and walk through how to prototype and test it responsibly—without needing a deep technical background.

By the end, you should have a clear mental model for agents and a repeatable process you can apply to customer support, operations, analytics, and other high-impact business scenarios.
