The SMU EIM Walking Bus is a structured walking program designed to provide an opportunity for and encourage regular physical activity across campus. This concept is similar to a traditional bus system in that walkers follow a designated route, allowing walkers to “hop on” or “hop off” at “bus stops” along the route. Meet at the posted time, hop in, and walk as far as you like. Total duration of walk is only 20 minutes. No need to sign up and no need to start at stop #1 - meet us at the stop that's most convenient for you! Refer to flyer for bus stops and times.
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Sometimes in conflict, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, powerless, and alone. Although there are many options that could help us engage in conflict more effectively, First-Generation Initiative Director, Chris Meyers hopes to explore how the power of belief and worldview can help restore that sense of wholeness and wellness.
