Join us for lunch and Q&A with Daphne Di Cinto, a Black Italian screenwriter, director, actor and producer who played the Duchess of Hastings in the Netflix series Bridgerton. Daphne is the writer/director/producer of the award-winning short film Il Moro – The Moor, her directorial debut.

The Moor will be screened on Tuesday, Feb. 27 at 5 pm in Caruth Hall 147. The screening is free and open to all members of the SMU community (faculty, staff, student). A light reception will be provided.
