In this session, Tamra Nicole, Founder and Lead Stylist of Tamra Nicole Styling Agency, explores how presence shapes confidence, visibility, and opportunity. Drawing from her 17+ year career in fashion and executive styling, Tamra invites students to view joy as an intentional and powerful act of self-definition.

Through storytelling and practical insight, students will learn how to align identity, style, and voice to show up authentically, take up space with confidence, and cultivate presence, on their own terms.

Through her agency, Tamra offers personal styling (in-person and virtual), closet edits, outfit curation, custom clothing for men and women, image assessments, corporate workshops, and executive presence development. Her clients include executives, public figures, faith leaders, and high-performing professionals seeking to lead with confidence and clarity.

Known for her thoughtful, strategic approach, Tamra believes style is not about perfection but presence. Through clothing, she helps clients step into their joy, own their space, and let their inner light shine.
