The Innovation Leadership Awards celebrate the next generation of STEM leaders who transform ideas into impact. These awards recognize students who have demonstrated exceptional leadership while driving innovative projects—not simply for creating breakthrough technologies or discoveries, but for inspiring teams, overcoming challenges, building momentum, and turning bold ideas into meaningful outcomes.

Open to students across all STEM disciplines, the program honors those who lead innovation through collaboration, vision, resilience, communication, ethical decision-making, and the ability to bring diverse people together to solve complex problems. Whether leading a research initiative, engineering design project, startup venture, AI application, biomedical innovation, sustainability effort, or interdisciplinary collaboration, recipients exemplify what it means to lead innovation with purpose.

Award recipients demonstrate excellence in areas such as:

Leading multidisciplinary teams toward a shared vision.

Inspiring others to embrace new ideas and solve difficult problems.

Driving projects from concept to execution.
