Are you a transfer student looking to get more involved and grow as a leader at SMU? TRAIL is a 4-week experience designed to help you explore your leadership journey, build connections, and confidently navigate involvement opportunities on campus.

Throughout the program, you will:
- Reflect on your leadership journey so far and the experiences that have shaped you
- Navigate leadership and involvement within the SMU community and discover ways to get connected
- Explore what leadership looks like through times of transition and how change can be a catalyst for growth
- Look ahead and define your leadership path at SMU with intention and purpose

TRAIL offers a supportive space to build community, gain confidence, and take meaningful steps forward in your leadership journey as a transfer student.
