Mission
The Students' Association Comptroller Office manages finances for student organizations.

The office is located in Hughes-Trigg Student Center, Suite 207E and is open Monday through Friday from 1:00pm-5:00pm.

Check requests must be submitted to the Comptroller’s office by Monday at 5:00p.m. Those requests must include signatures from authorized signers, itemized receipts, and Forms W-9(if necessary). Checks may be available for pick up each Friday, if the check request form is complete and all documentation is present. Spring Check Run Schedule (January 21st-April 28)
No Check Run during Spring Break (Mar 17th-23rd)


*All new treasurers are required to look over the Treasurer Training located in 'documents" tab.
**In person training can be requested by emailing: studentcomptroller@smu.edu
